Randy Zajonczkoski named September Jaz Janie

Every month, Dixon Schwabl + Company honors an outstanding employee with the coveted Jaz Janie Award, created to commemorate Public Relations Vice President Jane “Janie” Argenta, who passed away in September 2009. Jane was a fun-loving, compassionate and hardworking professional who touched the lives of many.

This month’s Jaz Janie winner is Director of IT Randy Zajonczkoski.

For the past 8+ years at DS+CO, Randy has consistently gone above and beyond behind the scenes to help all of us stay on track and get our jobs done right.

Recently, he came into the office after hours—just before he was set to head off on a much-deserved vacation—because he noticed some irregularities with our systems. Randy spent most of the night troubleshooting, putting out fires, and getting us back up and running without delay.

We are extremely fortunate and grateful that Randy takes a serious interest in the work of everyone at the agency, has his eye on all that’s happening, and springs into action wherever and whenever he’s needed. Talk about a team player! Randy embodies our DS+CO values and Jaz Janie spirit to the core.
